U.S. Investors If you are an American investor, we will work with you to find out more about your investing criteria. You can start right now by completing and submitting to us the few questions on the Investor Profile Form. Once that is completed, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours and we'll help you choose the appropriate real estate market. Then we show you the available properties, and once you are ready, we'll introduce you to the seller so you can move forward with purchasing one or more properties. All of our sellers are proven entities who offer a quality property that has been rehabbed, comes with a vetted tenant, and has ongoing property management. Should you decide to invest in your IRA let us know and we'll be happy to provide you with the professionals that will facilitate the process. There are NO FEES (yes, you heard that right NO FEES) associated for the service unless you need our help establishing an entity (LLC or Corporation) in which name you plan on purchasing the properties. International Investors If you are from another country and plan on investing in the U.S. real estate there are a few things you must do before you start investing. You must set-up an entity in the U.S. (such as a LLC) that will be used to acquire the properties. In addition, you must have a U.S. bank account that will be used during the investing process. The question you may have is what state you should use to set-up the LLC if you are buying in more than one state. The attorney that we will introduce you to will be able to help you with your dilemma. For example, you may use the option to set-up one LLC in one state and then register that entity in the other states in which you plan to invest. With this option you'll have one entity that is registered to operate in other states. Or you may choose to set-up an LLC for each state in which you plan to buy investment properties. Once you engage us to work for you we will make sure the attorney assigned to you will help you with your legal needs. All the legal work may take some time (2-4 weeks) so we encourage you to contact us to start the process right away if you are determined to invest in your Future and your Freedom.
